Hoover Elopement || Rattlesnake Lake

Updated: Apr 18, 2020

Noah and Hayley eloped on a gorgeous 60 degree day in NOVEMBER of all months - at the most gorgeous lake - Rattlesnake Lake. They were joined by only their immediate family and closest of friends. Noah's family even brought the family dog, after all they're family too! Noah is in the Coast Guard and wore his service dress. I love photographing military couples + weddings! The details of their uniform makes it fun for a photographer who loves all the deets. (Fun Fact: My husband is an Air Force vet and he got married in his service blues!)

The decided on a first look before their intimate ceremony. Hayley was in a gorgeous satin gown from Bellevue Bridal Boutique and walked down the path to her soon to be husband Noah who waited patiently by the lake. When they saw each-other for the first time, their faces beamed. They just help each-other for a moment. Taking it all in. Their ceremony was so beautiful. Rattlesnake Peak towered above the couples as their tearfully read their vows. They are such an adorable couple. Their love is tangible in person and definitely captured well on camera. I loved telling this story and I hope you enjoy the photos.

Also given the crazy times we're in... with covid 19 and all, I look forward to a lot of my weddings this summer turning into small intimate elopements. All my couples are heavily on my mind and no matter if you decide to do it small or wait til next year to do it big - we will all make it through this.
